Return Policy-

In order to maintain the product's original quality and bear in mind that the majority of our customers are students, we have our own top-notch hygienic stores. We bring the products to our store, perform the quality check there, and then store them rather than sending them immediately from the manufacturer. We put every product through a quality test process to reduce the likelihood of service and quality errors by 99%. However, if you run into any problems, contact us via WhatsApp or the Contact Page.

After the products or uniforms are delivered, we don't allow returns or exchanges to maintain hygienic standards. All of our products are delivered to your home with an open box delivery policy.

For Uniforms- While ordering we encourage you to select the best possible fit size and despite of that if the uniforms doesn’t fit, we allow you to do one time exchange at your door steps. Our delivery partner carry a trial uniform to allow students to try at home. Delivery partner may carry one upper or lower size uniforms for you to pick the best suited one.

Returns

For Shoes:

For Shoes 5 Days Replacement Policy applies. If there is a problem with the size, we will do one time replacement and that may come with a minimal legitimate delivery fee that will be paid to the delivery partner. Customers may need to pay any minor price adjustments resulting from a size change at the time of delivery.

5 days exchange policy subject to your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be given a pair of biodegradable plastic shoe covers to try on the shoes with. In the event that you decide to exchange the shoes, this will help to keep sanitary for other students.

Our policy for shoes exchange lasts for 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, replacement or exchange. The shoes comes with an open box delivery policy

We encourage you to select the correct fit size while ordering, which you can do at home by checking through scale or compare with prior show size. Please note that all exchange request may comes with legitimate delivery fee to compensate our delivery partner.

Refund and return are not applicable. If it’s damaged, or damaged by courier service, quality issue, or if you have receive different product, we would replace the product without any additional charges to you. The best effort will be taken to replace the product but in the rarest event of not able to procure product we will process the refund to your wallet.

For bulk orders: After you raise an enquiry, we will reach out to you to discuss and understand more on your needs and any customization will be subject to sample-based approval. We will deliver according on the sample and design that have been agreed upon. Quality, quantity, and design will be examined during open box delivery. No further returns or exchanges are permitted after the products have been delivered. No forms of alteration, quantity or design change are accepted once products are procured/manufactured .Please refer to the exchange policy specified for school uniforms and shoes. Any further request is subject to case to case basis. Please reach out to us in case of any further support needed.

Open Box delivery policy:  All of our products are delivered to your home with an open box delivery policy. You have all the rights to not to accept the products if;

  • You are not satisfied with quality of the products.
  • The product is different then what you have ordered. Some stationaries product may little very with color and return is subject to case to case basis.
  • The quantity of product is different than what you have ordered.
  • Product is damaged during Transit
  • A faulty product
  • Some parts are missing

Delivery details and charges

In order to guarantee that the product reaches the client in original form and carries our Subspint (dadspint) brand reputation, we have our own delivery partner who is fully trained and experienced to handle the product movement very carefully and understand the customer needs, and present a friendly behavior.

We proactively reimburse our delivery partners the entire delivery fees which we ask our customers to pay for each order. We don't operate under a profit-making philosophy when it comes to delivery fees; instead, the complete sum is sent to the delivery team in order to cover their wages, training, and development needs.

The smaller delivery fee is decided based on the distance covered by our delivery partner, whether condition, natural calamities, other political/private strikes where it is difficult to operate in normal circumstances.

If there are delivery restrictions of any sort imposed by the government or private bodies/organization, we will ship your order after such restrictions are lifted. To clarify:

  1. Declaration of a curfew or partial restriction or full restriction or partial lockdown or full lockdown or containment zone or micro containment zone.
  2. Restrictions could be at our location or at your locality or city or state or union territory.
  3. Restrictions could be imposed by local municipal corporations, district collectors, state governments or the central government.

 

Delivery attempts and process.

  • Sometimes, a package cannot be delivered due to one of the following reasons:
    Incorrect Address:If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by our delivery partner. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
  • Other Address Problems:In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label was difficult to decipher during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts:Our delivery partner will do more than one attempt to deliver the product and if it is not successful the product will be returned to our store.
  • Damaged During Transit:If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service provider will return it to us without attempting delivery. We will connect with you for a new order.

Note - Please check refund policy on return/replacement. 

Refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/messages to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund is provided only in case when product is out of stock for replacement. Quality Issue, Damaged products

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 working days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

It takes 7-10 working days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift and incase of any damage, we will replace the gift with a new one.

For Gift shipping customer is supposed to pay the genuine minimal delivery fees to currier partner 

Order Rejected or Undelivered

We attempt delivery 2 times, and If you are not available on given address your order stands to be rejected and in case you want to reschedule your order please inform us within 7 days from date of order through Contact Us Page we will resend the parcel on your shipping address. Shipping charges may or may not be applicable according to situation.

Customs/Duty Tax-

Customs/Duty Tax may or may not be applicable according to the product category, product price and country policy. Subspint (dadspint) is not responsible for any such tax and it is to bear by consignee/buyer only at the time of delivery if applicable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no refund are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • In case of any abusive or inappropriate behavior from customer we reserve the right to reject the return/ exchange/ Replacement request.

Exclusions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear.
  • Original price tag/product tag missing.
