I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?
- The courier service delivering your order usually tries to deliver on the next 2 day in case you miss a delivery.
- Courier service agent will try to contact you for three days (Including delivery day)
- After our best possible try, if still you are not reachable or not available at delivery address, we will cancel the order and refund the value to your original source of payment .

Will the delivery be tried again if I'm not able to collect my order the first time?
- Couriers make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next 2 days if you can't collect your order the first time.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?
- On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you and you can also track its status by visiting My Orders.

- All of our products are with open box delivery policy, you are encouraged to be available at your address and check the product before taking delivery.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?
- Best effort will be taken to deliver your order within 24 hrs from the time of delivery including Saturday and Sunday. We may not be able to delivery timely due to unforeseen situation like Natural calamities, Strikes, etc

- All the products comes with GST and you will be receiving Invoice on your email with GST details.

Why was my package not delivered?
- Sometimes, a package cannot be delivered due to one of the following reasons:

Incorrect Address:If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is usually returned to us by our courier service. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.

Other Address Problems:In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label was difficult to decipher during the shipping and handling process, or that the courier service left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

Failed Delivery Attempts:Our delivery partner will make more than one attempt to deliver a package. If nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts, the package is returned to us.

Damaged During Transit:If a package is damaged on its way to you, the courier service provider will return it to us without attempting delivery. We will connect with you for a new order.

- Your order will get delivered within 24 hrs from delivery time but incase you need on priority please reach out to us at customer support to check the resource availability to deliver earlier(Works from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays and 10 AM to 1 PM on Weekends).

- We send a hard copy of the invoice in the shipments. A soft copy is also emailed to you within 24 hours of delivery in the delivery confirmation email sent to your registered email ID.

- We encourage you to register your product in brand webpage based on the details provided by respective brands. Incase there is no registration process please reach out to respective brand authorized service/support center. Incase you need any further guidance please reach out to our customer support analyst.

- All our products will be delivered by our specialized trained delivery agent by keeping in mind how hygienic play a critical role with student/corporate segments.

- Cancelling is possible before package left our store house and post that we are unable to cancel the order.

What to do if ordered uniforms doesn’t fit with Size.
- We request parents to order the exact size of dress but we understand that sometime despite of your best effort it doesn’t fit with students. Nothing to worry! our agent will always carry two extra pair of dress from same brand (One upper size and one lower size). You can take based on your needs. One time exchange is allowed.

- Normally we do not charge/refund any extra amount for any size change however if there is a major difference we may charge/refund a smaller additional amount

How the hygienic maintained for dress which is tried by students.
- We give utmost important to hygienic of our products therefore we request parents to try to place the best suitable and we will have trial uniform for kids to try with. In any scenarios if the uniform is opened from the original pack we send the product to our laundry for steam ironing and isolating for a week before that come to our supply store. Trial uniform is every time steam ironed before giving for new trial.

Can I return the product after taking delivery?
- For Uniforms & shoes one time exchange is allowed subject to product is not used. Please refer to return policy
- For all other products : As we are dealing with premium students’ section, therefore to maintain hygienic of the products we do not take back products after that has been received by our customers. Please contact customer care incase of any further help needed.

- As we are dealing with student section therefore keeping hygienic factor in our mind, we do not do exchange of products after open box delivery is completed other than Clothing(Refer to uniform exchange policy) and Shoes (Refer to Shoes return /exchange policy.

How does dadspint prevent card fraud?
- Online payments are monitored by our systems/payment gateway partner for any suspicious activity and some transactions are verified through extensive checks if we find that they are not authorized by the owner of the card. When we're not able to rule fraud out in rare cases, the transaction is kept on hold and we ask the shopper to share relevant proofs. This is done to make sure that the transaction is genuine and authorized.
